Refund Policy

At Good Moneying, we strive to deliver the highest quality of financial planning and investment advisory services. Our processes are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and client satisfaction at every stage.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to our two primary services — Financial Plan Writing and Investment Advisory & Management.


1. Financial Plan Writing Service

  • The fees for our Financial Plan Writing service are payable in advance at the time of engagement.
  • The process typically takes 4–6 weeks and involves several stages — signing of the agreement, invoicing, data collection, risk profiling, clarifications, plan writing, and plan presentation.

Refund Eligibility

  • If a client wishes to cancel the engagement for any reason before the financial plan is written and presented, we will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • If the plan has been written and presented, but the client feels no value was derived from the engagement, a 50% refund may be requested.
  • However, no refund will be applicable after the plan has been accepted and/or the Investment Management services have been initiated.

2. Investment Advisory & Management Service

  • This service is offered after the completion of the Financial Plan and includes:
    • KYC registration and account setup on platforms such as NSE Invest, MFU, or others,
    • Presentation of an investment plan aligned with the financial plan,
    • Execution assistance in recommended schemes,
    • Access to an online investment dashboard,
    • Half-yearly investment reviews and annual financial plan reviews, and
    • Ongoing query resolution and advisory support.

Refund Eligibility

  • This service operates on a payment-in-arrears basis, where fees are charged quarterly based on the average Assets Under Management (AUM) at the end of each financial quarter.
  • As billing occurs after services have been rendered, no refund is applicable under this service.

Note

All refund requests, where applicable, must be made in writing to our official email address (services@goodmoneying.com) within 2 days of the relevant stage of engagement. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval.
